This seminar will bring together representatives from major crowdfunding platforms like KIVA, Indiegogo, and Kickstarter (just 3 of 140 platforms in the U.S. to date), who will discuss the elements and steps to creating a successful crowdfunding campaign. This seminar will feature expert panelists that will discuss how these platforms may be used to raise capital, test market consumer interest in your products, strengthen brand identity, secure publicity, create awareness, and connect with valuable business contacts.
You will also learn about the impact of the JOBS Act of April 2012 and current regulatory rulings of the Securities Exchange Commission in this growing market.
